Booking.com Customer Service Automation

We used Booking.com's large Self-Help article library to build a ChatGPT-powered chatbot that could very precisely answer customer questions in seconds - and in all languages, despite only being trained in English. You can see the case study here.

WhatsApp Chatbot

We've built a ChatGPT powered WhatsApp chatbot that can generate images, answer questions and do a lot more. Over 100,000 users have used it in 142 countries across the globe. If you'd like you can try it out here.

Email Triage

One of our clients received many hundreds of emails into their contact@company.com email account every day. We built a service that asked ChatGPT to read the email and decide which one of 11 departments to forward the email on to.

Knowledge Base Access

A luxury travel agent had many sources of information that they wanted to make searchable. This included whatsapp chat histories, their database, their website content and 3rd party APIs. We built a solution that let them search it all from a single text input. You can read the case study here.

Image Correction
